This is a great park for all walks of life & wherever you are in your fitness goals.
However, even the easy route (which I tried) still gives you quite the workout.

The Good/The Bad:
Good --> You can bring your dog(s) and kids (increases your workout)
Bad --> Limited parking
Good --> Parking is FREE
!!! Get a load of the HOLLYWOOD sign !!!
