Food Review: Green Traiteur et Cafe (Montreal)

Trekking through downtown Montreal after the snowstorm, we went out for lunch to a very trendy and modern cafe, Green Traiteur et Cafe.

Along Viger Avenue West (east of Rue du Square Victoria), there are many different cafes to choose from, but it was no question that Green Traiteur et Cafe was a good choice; it was jam-packed.

It's like most cafes offering a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts.

Salad with figs, dried cranberries, pine nuts and feta cheese | Review | *big, fresh and tasty

Smoked salmon with cream cheese and dill | Review | Crispy on the outside (but not too hard) and very tasty with just the right amount of dill. The amount of smoked salmon was just enough to be good and satisfying.

Overall, I thought:
The service ................... 4/5 | very friendly staff
The taste ....................................... 3.8/5 | pretty good
Atmosphere ............................... 4/5 | trendy, clean, simple
Price ................................. 3/5 | like most cafe prices in MTL

Would I come again? Yes! It's convenient, the portions are good, nice staff, freshing water(s)
